“Here are the masterpieces of my work. The result of extensive study and dedication. There are just two lines: perfumes and reliquaries, with some variations. What makes it unique is the alchemical compound inserted in these artifacts. Many times, a single component takes months to be produced, as in the case of the quintessences.

What is quintessence?

It is a preparation within spagyric alchemy where the three philosophical principles of a plant, namely, anima (soul), spirit, and body are separated and purified. Anima is often referred to as an essential oil. However, through this process, the oils attain a purity of at least three times greater than the commercial ones. Its extraction is just one possibility in a series of around thirty processes, including distillations, fermentations, calcinations, and more. The purpose of all of these procedures is to reach the pure versions of body, anima, and spirit, reunifying them to obtain the quintessence. An important characteristic of the quintessence is that it never expires or deteriorates. In other words, centuries from now, the liquid will be intact and, according to ancient tradition, even more intense.”

“This perfume bottle with a dragon design carries intense solar energy through an alchemical process which I developed, during some months, in a laboratory. To start with, its base is a traditional herb, called “velandinho”, from Fulcaxó village.
